Life Plan Consultations

The following paragraphs are the Official Description of my Life Plan Consultation.  At the end of this description, however, I have also included an "unofficial" personal description of my consultation process that I wrote in a moment of inspiration when a client asked me to describe what I do.  Having experienced a session, she insisted that I post this description here for the benefit of others who are considering working with me.

Session Details:

This in-depth session is 1 hour and 30 minutes of interactive discussion by phone or in person, with a cassette recording. The fee is $250 and includes one free Primary Life Chart. This session is designed for two purposes: Clarity and Action.

Through the analysis of your name and birthdate, I will help you understand the spiritual destiny you chose for this lifetime and what your life lessons are.  Knowing this helps you make decisions about such areas as new careers and relationships

Secondly, together we will begin to identify your current obstacles, limiting beliefs or behaviors that are getting in the way of success and well-being. Using a variety of intuitive techniques, we will look for the actions or change of attitudes that you can make to attract what you want into your life.  You can read comments from clients who share their experiences in and after the sessions on the Testimonials link to the left.

The Life Plan session is a prerequisite for monthly coaching.

In the Life Plan consultation you will:

  1. Receive an intuitive reading of your current conditions
  2. Receive an overview of your life plan, including specific turning points as shown from a numerological analysis
  3. Bring focus and clarity to your questions or concerns about career, success, interests, talents, and relationships
  4. Learn how to listen to your intuition and take practical steps toward what you want
  5. Take the first step to resolve specific obstacles
  6. Use intuitive work to remove obstacles
  7. Receive an in-depth forecast of possible events for the next two years
  8. Leave with specific steps or strategies for attracting what you want and lessening what you do not want.

Session Description February 2006

"A client comes in person or telephones.  At first there is a flow from me to him or her, as I look for the message in the three tarot cards they select, letting the symbols speak, not sure what they mean, but trusting they make sense to the person.  Slowly the inner silence deepens as we connect in our now-mutual desire to see the  handwriting on the wall, the clues that will perhaps take away the pain and frustration of feeling stuck, undone, or less than fortified.

As we talk, the life unfolds.  Sometimes  people adamantly argue for their blindness. "I don't know what I'm supposed to be doing.  I am confused," they say.  I wait and I listen.  My intuition searches the edge of their mental and emotional landscape--all I have to work with is a vague sense of what might be shaping their fear or belief, what lies behind a charged comment.  Where did they get that idea?  Why is it so important, so deadly important that they hang on to it?

The flow of psychic communication begins to thicken.  There is a palpable sense of "getting somewhere."  Now we are both like hounds on the trail, and our senses sharpen as we sift through the clues on the word/picture cards we have pulled, andconsider the influences of their numerical cycles and requirements.  What's there in our conversation?  What lies underneath their questions? What is so vitally apparent that we can no longer avoid getting up and taking action?

I love the variety of each hour spent with clients.  Sometimes searching in the wreckage of a derailed last relationship.  Sometimes getting stuck in a round of rationalizions or dead ends, waiting for the story to end so that we can begin again.

I love the scope of life problems that we all have.  I love the different stages that we all go through, the questions about our lives.  In most sessions, I feel like I am just slightly ahead on the trail, holding back the branches so that someone can crawl through the underbrush without snapping them in the face--which sometimes happens!  My work taxes my own patience and ability to stay with the process of others.  I have my own work to do in the hour--learning to listen for the shift in tone of voice that shows there is a bit of gold back there--just there--something to dig into further, something to bring forward so that it can be admired, acknowledged, trimmed perhaps, eliminated, added, or remembered.

There is a beginning, middle and end to the hour.  I have a sense of translating something, or wringing out some shred of clarity, relief, understanding, illumination, insight, or list of action steps--whatever is needed to satisfy that burning  desire to get on with it, to make our lives less obscure, less restricted, freer, more positive, adventurous, and authentic.

Then, it is as if a bell rings at the end of the session that closes our connection, and ordains the work, the sacred work of soul-making.  We are released and can move move on into the next moment--hopefully renewed, refreshed, reminded of our respective visions--feeling that our purpose and the search for that path is worth all the trouble.

I love my job as a translator in the dark, as a simple voice witnessing and perhaps giving  permission to follow the heart's desire.  Why not? I think.  What else better is there to do?  Go for it.  Let's talk again.  Let's find a way.  Let me know what happens.

My work is a blessing to me.  I love to hear the stories, the questions.  I love to listen.  My work keeps me on alert.  I keep searching myself, learning wherever I can, digging into things, and looking for techniques that really work.  I am a little bit like a worm turning over the ground in the dark, moist earth of the soul--working through the compost of the past to prepare the ground for the new shoots that are bound to come up in their own time."

Name Change Consultation

Changing your name changes your Destiny!  Usually you begin to feel the effects of the new name within the year.  Your birth Destiny is always in effect, as well, but the new name attracts different possibilities for your development.  We try to select a name that fits your original focus in life, but which also expands your potential in the direction you wish to go.

This session requires about one hour and forty minutes.  The fee is $275 and includes a free Primary Life Chart and one Secondary Name Chart for your new name, plus a cassette recording of the session.  You may submit up to ten possible personal or business names that you are considering.

All consultations are done in El Cerrito, California, 40 minutes from San Francisco by car or BART or by telephone.

A sliding scale may apply to those with certain restricted circumstances.
